I recommend Nina Katz highly as an herbalist. She is sensible, intelligent, focused and thoughtful in her recommendations. Nina was unfailingly kind to this newbie to herbalism providing detailed and flexible advice. In a short period of time she developed an herbal routine that has reduced my athritis pain and renewed my overall sense of calm and wellness. I was hoping for a relief from painful feet that my MD thought would eventually need surgery; a month later my feet are doing very well and I feel terrific throughout.
