Menopause

 

After several years of suffering from menopausal symptoms, Nina suggested some changes to my diet. These were very simple changes…lowering sugar intake, adding protein, etc.. By making these few changes, I don’t have that “dragged down” feeling anymore. I have to say that Nina is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. It’s like she knows exactly what is going on inside your body and knows how to correct it naturally.
